How can I place an order?

It’s a very easy process! Once you have found the product you want to buy, just follow these steps:

  2.  Put the item title in the “Search Bar”.
  3.  Click on the image of your desired item & click on “Buy Now”.
  4.  Click on “View Cart” (change quantity if required) & click on “Checkout Button”.
  5.  Enter your registered Mobile Number & Password.
  6.  Enter your personal details (Name/Contact Number/Shipping Address with City).
  7.  Confirm the order details and select your “Mode of Payment”.
  8.  Click on “Place Order”.
  9.  Your Order number will appear on your screen.
  • Congratulations! Your order has been placed.
What is the expected delivery time?

We expect delivery within 5 to 7 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your city and selected product or due to unforeseen circumstance

Does Greeway Book deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes, we deliver all over Pakistan through our logistics partners. However, in some remote village areas, we may not be able to deliver orders to your doorstep.

What are your shipping charges?

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the products. The total shipping fee charged will be clearly indicated for each product on the main product page, and the total shipping fee for the cart will be displayed at the checkout page. Shipping charges are always shown separately from the price of the product.

What are the payment options?

We offer both Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payments.

Can I request a refund?

If you have paid via online payment but haven’t received your parcel, you can request a refund. We’ll investigate your issue and process the refund, which may take 7-10 working days.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you’ll receive an invoice for your order via email or on your parcel’s tracking link after confirmation of your order.
